DevOps Specialist – L2 SDLC Support (Remote, Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SDLC (DevOps) Support Specialist to provide L2 production and infrastructure support for enterprise development pipelines and distributed systems. The position is fully remote within Mexico and involves ensuring stability of mission‑critical applications in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for SDLC infrastructure, DevOps platforms, and application environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in CI/CD pipelines and development tools.
• Support Linux‑based systems and distributed application environments.
• Investigate and resolve build, deployment, configuration, and infrastructure problems.
• Manage source code repositories, build tools, and deployment frameworks.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to maintain platform stability.
• Support job scheduling systems and automation processes.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities, including rotational shift coverage.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 6–9 years of experience supporting SDLC, DevOps, and Linux environments.
• Strong Linux administration and scripting abilities.
• Development or scripting experience in Java and/or Python.
