Direct Response Web Designer – Shopify & Landing Page Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Direct Response Web Designer to create high‑performing Shopify pages and landing pages that drive conversions for our e‑commerce and direct‑to‑consumer brands. You will work closely with a fast‑paced creative and performance marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑converting landing pages, homepages, and product pages for Shopify brands.
• Build clean, responsive, mobile‑first layouts.
• Create branded visual assets such as banners, product sections, and headers.
• Align page structures with CRO best practices and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with developers, strategists, and ad creators.
• Iterate designs based on performance data (scroll depth, heatmaps, CTR, conversion rates).

Required profile

• Deep understanding of direct‑response psychology (AIDA, urgency, scarcity, friction removal).
• Proven experience optimizing landing pages using performance metrics.
• Ability to design for paid‑social intent (mobile‑first, thumb‑scroll, fast proof sections).
• Experience with A/B testing workflows and data‑driven iteration.
• Strong e‑commerce UX intuition (hero clarity, product hierarchy, social proof, CTA hierarchy).
• Fast delivery without quality loss (48–72 hours from brief to final Figma file).
• Knowledge of Shopify/Replo constraints.

Required skills

• Figma (required).
• Deep Shopify page design experience or equivalent with Replo/Webflow.
• Portfolio showcasing 2–3 examples with design goals and actual performance results.
• 2+ years designing landing pages or e‑commerce sites with proven ROI/ROAS impact.
• English fluency for async collaboration.
