Director, HR Business Partner – LATAM

About the role

SharkNinja is seeking a senior People & Culture leader to serve as the Director of HR Business Partnership for its rapidly expanding Latin America region. Based in Mexico City, you will partner with regional commercial and cross‑functional teams to drive people strategies that support aggressive market growth across Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the senior HR leader for LATAM, supporting commercial operations, new market entry and distributor expansion.
• Design and execute a scalable regional people strategy aligned with aggressive commercial growth plans.
• Ensure strong organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development and cultural integration across multiple countries.
• Balance global HR alignment with local market realities, providing strategic guidance to regional leadership.
• Champion a bias‑for‑action mindset, cross‑cultural capability and the courage to challenge assumptions.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience in a multi‑country LATAM environment.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of building high‑performing, agile teams.
• Strong cross‑cultural communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development and cultural integration.
• Ability to balance global HR policies with local market needs.
