About the role

We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to direct the financial strategy of an international luxury resort in Cancun. The Director of Finance will drive performance, ensure compliance, and support operational excellence within a high‑end hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance.
Drive cost optimization and profitability strategies.
Partner closely with Operations and Executive Leadership to support business decisions.
Ensure alignment with corporate financial standards and policies.

Required profile

Previous experience in a senior finance leadership role within luxury or upscale hospitality.
Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and hotel operations.
Proven track record in financial performance management.
Strategic mindset with a hands‑on leadership approach.
Advanced English proficiency.
