Director of Finance – Luxury Resort

About the role
We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to direct the financial strategy of an international luxury resort in Cancun. The Director of Finance will drive performance, ensure compliance, and support operational excellence within a high‑end hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance.
- Drive cost optimization and profitability strategies.
- Partner closely with Operations and Executive Leadership to support business decisions.
- Ensure alignment with corporate financial standards and policies.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a senior finance leadership role within luxury or upscale hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and hotel operations.
- Proven track record in financial performance management.
- Strategic mindset with a hands‑on leadership approach.
- Advanced English proficiency.
