Director of Franchise Development

About the role

The Director of Franchise Development will lead the expansion of a fast‑growing fitness and wellness brand across Mexico. Reporting to executive leadership, you will act as the brand ambassador at industry events and manage the end‑to‑end franchise sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Drive franchise sales and expansion initiatives throughout Mexico.
• Identify, qualify, and develop relationships with prospective franchisees, investors, and multi‑unit operators.
• Manage the franchise development pipeline and track opportunities through each sales stage.
• Represent the brand at franchise expos, conferences, networking events, and business development meetings.
• Conduct presentations and discovery meetings with potential partners.
• Evaluate candidates based on financial strength, business experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to execute growth strategies and market expansion plans.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales activity reporting.

Required profile

• Professional‑level English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Valid U.S. visa and ability to travel internationally.
• 5+ years of experience in franchise development, franchise sales, business development, or related growth‑focused roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales, development, or expansion goals.
• Experience managing a consultative sales process with high‑value prospects.
• Willingness to travel extensively for events, meetings, and franchise development activities.
