About the role

The Director of Restaurants will lead the culinary and beverage experiences at Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol, overseeing three distinct venues – Cayao, Coraluz, and Sora. This senior position ensures that every guest encounter reflects the brand’s luxury standards while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of Cayao, Coraluz, and Sora restaurants and bars.
• Maintain consistent delivery of high‑quality service in line with Four Seasons brand standards and SOPs.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Lead, coach, and develop multi‑outlet teams to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary liaison between restaurant operations and other resort departments.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of leadership experience in food & beverage, preferably within a luxury resort or hotel.
• Proven track record of managing multiple outlets successfully.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Financial acumen with analytical thinking.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
