Email Designer

About the role

Lilo Social, a full‑funnel eCommerce growth agency, is looking for an Email Designer to create high‑converting, mobile‑optimized email experiences for its direct‑to‑consumer brand portfolio. You will work closely with retention strategists and copywriters to turn strategic concepts into visually compelling email templates that drive engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design campaign emails, automated flow templates, and promotional assets that follow each client’s brand guidelines.
• Develop mobile‑first email layouts that render consistently across major email clients and devices.
• Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to bring campaign concepts to life.
• Iterate designs quickly based on performance data and A/B test results.
• Maintain organized design systems, asset libraries, and reusable email modules for each client.
• Ensure all emails meet accessibility standards and deliverability best practices.
• Conduct QA testing across multiple email clients before launch.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in email design or digital design with a strong portfolio of email work.
• Proven ability to produce high engagement rates (opens, clicks) through visual design.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts with varying brand aesthetics.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Figma for designing email layouts and creating design systems.
• Strong grasp of email marketing best practices, including mobile optimization, CTA placement, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and deliverability best practices.
• Ability to perform A/B testing and iterate based on performance data.
