About the role

The Sustainability Specialist will lead Bosch Mexico’s sustainability agenda, placing Circular Economy at the core of all initiatives. You will ensure compliance with local regulations, drive lifecycle traceability, and prepare the organization for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainability programs with a focus on circular economy principles.
• Establish and maintain circular economy governance, standardization, and KPI monitoring (recyclability, recovery rate, supplier disclosure).
• Lead sustainability projects, strategic initiatives, and regulatory framework implementation across sites.
• Interpret regulations, support audits and inspections, and ensure LGEC compliance.
• Facilitate capability building, training, and awareness for HSE, SCM, and engineering stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sustainability, circular economy, or related fields.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Specialist level in structured project management and execution ownership.
• Proficient in negotiation, stakeholder communication, and supply‑chain sustainability.
