About the role
We are seeking a motivated EUC L1 Support Engineer to join our team in Mexico City. The role focuses on delivering first‑line support for end‑user computing devices and ensuring a smooth IT experience for all employees. This is an onsite, full‑time position located at Colony Spaces Reforma Anzures.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 End User Computing (EUC) support for desktops, laptops, printers and related infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and basic network issues reported by users.
- Create, update and resolve IT tickets in accordance with service‑level targets.
- Assist users with device configuration, software installation and peripheral setup.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
Required profile
- Previous experience in EUC, desktop or IT support.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Mexico City and be available during regular business hours.
