Expense Audit & Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Expense Audit & Compliance Analyst ensures that all employee expenses and corporate card transactions comply with the Firm’s policies. Working closely with internal staff, Executive Assistants and senior leaders, the analyst conducts audits, resolves compliance queries and supports the overall financial integrity of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Perform analytical audits of expense reports to identify non‑compliance, unusual patterns and potential fraud.
• Research discrepancies, determine corrective actions and communicate findings to employees and senior managers.
• Prepare and deliver timely reports, metrics and recommendations to management.
• Respond to employee queries regarding expense compliance and reimbursement.
• Manage corporate card delinquency, cancellations and related issues.
• Prioritize time‑sensitive tasks and continuously improve audit processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and managers on confidential or sensitive matters.

Required profile

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Firm’s expense and reimbursement policies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees, assistants and senior leaders.
• Ability to handle confidential information and resolve sensitive issues.
• Proactive approach to prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
