Field Service Technician – Monterrey, MX

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Field Service Technician to deliver on‑site and remote technical support for our users in Monterrey. You will ensure that all IT equipment and services run smoothly, enabling staff to stay productive and focused on their core tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone, email, and on‑site assistance to end users.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, servers, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Support macOS, Windows, iOS, Google Admin Console, and VMware environments.
• Administer Active Directory, Open Directory, Workgroup Manager, and Google Console.
• Diagnose and repair hardware failures, replace faulty components, and manage imaging of computers.
• Maintain networking equipment, apply software patches, and ensure license compliance.
• Handle telephone system issues and coordinate repairs.
• Track IT assets, update inventory records, and enforce physical security.

Required profile

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer technology or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience installing and maintaining computer hardware and software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and with teams.
