Finance Business Partner Manager

About the role

The Finance Business Partner Manager supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for North LAC. You will deliver accurate financial insights, partner with business leaders, and ensure disciplined execution of FP&A processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance analysis.
• Track P&L, explain variances and provide financial storytelling for executives.
• Support commercial initiatives with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Coordinate with Controllership, Tax and other finance teams to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance or Corporate Finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into clear insights.
• Hands‑on, execution‑focused approach with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in P&L management and forecasting.
