Financial Analyst – Mexico

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join REHAU’s Mexico team. The role focuses on consolidating financial data, analysing performance, and supporting budgeting and strategic planning in a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate financial data from various sources to produce accurate and timely reports.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends and variances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Assist in developing financial models and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency for frequent communication with international teams.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting or controlling.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with SAP (or similar ERP systems).
• Familiarity with Power BI or comparable data‑visualisation tools.
