Financial Controller

About the role

Antolin is seeking a Financial Controller to lead financial management for its automotive interior business. The role will ensure profitability, liquidity and compliance while supporting strategic decisions across a global operation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and control budgets, monitor financial ratios and key performance indicators.
• Develop and oversee financial and tax planning in line with federal and state regulations.
• Interpret tax regulations, manage retroactive charges and adjustments for customers and suppliers.
• Maintain and operate SAP for financial reporting and analysis.
• Manage treasury activities, cash flow and liquidity to support business operations.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum five years of experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry, preferably interiors.
• Strong command of English (conversational).

Required skills

• SAP financial modules.
