Front-End Developer – Remote (Mexico, Costa Rica, Argentina)

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a skilled Front‑End Developer to join its Technical Products and Services team. The role is fully remote and focuses on scaling the core Design System while building cross‑team UI tooling for enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop high‑performance, reusable browser‑native Web Components using Lit/LitElement and modern TypeScript.
• Write clean, modular, framework‑independent CSS employing Grid, Flexbox, and Custom Properties while handling Shadow DOM constraints.
• Create and maintain lightweight Node.js scripts and tools to streamline front‑end workflows across teams.
• Implement, scale, and manage Design Tokens and pipelines across multiple platforms and products.
• Develop robust integration and end‑to‑end tests with Playwright to ensure UI stability.
• Support existing Angular (v1) applications and contribute to ongoing front‑end enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong mastery of browser‑native technologies and a passion for clean, framework‑independent styling.
• Experience building reusable Web Components and working with modern TypeScript.
• Ability to design and maintain design‑system assets and tooling.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on test‑driven development.
