Gerente de Planeación de Ventas y Operaciones (S&OP)

About the role

We are looking for a senior S&OP Manager to lead the Sales and Operations Planning process for our beverage alcohol business in Mexico City. The role ensures alignment between sales forecasts, production plans and inventory levels while supporting the Beer Leadership Team in monthly decision cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end S&OP process, aligning sales, supply, finance and commercial functions.
• Drive timely decision making from individual contributors up to the Beer Leadership Team.
• Support Demand and Supply Planning teams, Operations, Commercial Finance and IBP/E leadership.
• Manage a team that includes an S&OP Coordinator.
• Maintain process discipline, identify improvement opportunities and ensure adherence to standards.

Required profile

• 6–8+ years of experience in supply chain, including logistics, manufacturing or procurement planning.
• 3–5+ years of team management experience.
• Proven knowledge of the CPG/Beverage Alcohol industry and Integrated Business Planning / S&OP.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Expertise in conflict management and influencing diverse groups.

Required skills

• Experience with S&OP technology platforms such as o9, Blue Yonder and SAP.
• Advanced analytical and planning capabilities.
• Clear, concise written and oral communication.
