Graphic Designer – Remote (North America)

About the role

International Schools Partnership (ISP) is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its North America brand team. Working remotely, you will support the creation and execution of high‑quality visual content that strengthens ISP’s brand presence and aids student recruitment across its schools.

Key responsibilities

• Produce practical and creative design solutions that meet business and marketing needs while adhering to both school‑specific and ISP brand guidelines.
• Conceptualise and develop graphics for commercial, promotional and recruitment purposes, covering digital and print formats.
• Design marketing collateral such as prospectuses, leaflets, banners, billboards, newsletters, digital ads, social‑media visuals and event materials.
• Deliver completed artwork files with proper naming and storage in shared folders for easy access by schools and the Marketing Team.
• Provide weekly updates on design tasks, progress and pending items to the Senior Head of Brand.
• Collaborate with the Senior Creative Content Producer to translate photography and video assets into static artwork, print collateral, banners and ad materials.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative mindset, able to work closely with the Senior Head of Brand, Admissions Directors, Heads of School and the Regional Marketing Team.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel on a limited basis as required.

Required skills

• Experience creating digital and print graphics for marketing and recruitment purposes.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and produce consistent visual assets.
