HR Advisor

About the role

The HR Advisor will work closely with HR Business Partners, Tier‑2 teams and Centers of Expertise to deliver day‑to‑day HR services. This role provides end‑to‑end support for employee and manager inquiries, ensuring smooth onboarding, off‑boarding and HR system transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Own employee and manager inquiries (wired and non‑wired) via phone or case management.
• Create and maintain knowledge‑base articles to improve service quality.
• Apply standard and non‑standard HR policies and procedures.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Process transactions in Workday and ServiceNow, guaranteeing data accuracy.
• Provide administrative assistance to HR leaders, managers and external vendors.
• Perform reporting, auditing and data‑management tasks.
• Coordinate interactions with vendors and COE to meet daily operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with Service Model SLAs and KPIs for calls, cases and transactions.
• Assist employees with enrollment in payroll tools such as ADP, Meta4 and Workday.
• Calculate over‑payments, military or jury‑duty adjustments and other payroll‑related calculations.

Required profile

• Advanced English oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent organizational, planning and time‑management abilities.
• Analytical thinking with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
