About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage labor‑relations activities, representing roughly 80% of the role.
• Handle employee‑relations issues, conduct conflict resolution, and follow up on cases.
• Apply disciplinary actions and manage employee incidents in accordance with company policy.
• Interact regularly with union representatives and plant employees.
• Maintain a visible presence on the shop floor to stay close to operations.
• Promote a positive work environment and provide HR support to various plant areas.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in labor relations.
• Background in manufacturing or plant environments.
• Strong people‑oriented approach with proven conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Experience collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders.
