Human Resources Generalist III

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist III to independently manage a wide spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HRIS reporting. The role provides guidance to managers and staff, ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, and supports strategic HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and communicate HR policies, coach managers on performance, terminations, and compliance issues.
• Monitor salary increases, conduct job analyses, and develop job descriptions for non‑benchmark positions.
• Communicate benefit changes, educate employees, coordinate open enrollment, and resolve benefit inquiries.
• Compile statistical HR reports and maintain HRIS data.
• Participate in strategic HR projects and team initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring processes, including internal transfers and external sourcing.
• Conduct reference and background checks, prepare job offers, and manage relocation logistics.
• Act as a strategic partner with department managers to assess staffing needs.

Required profile

• Ability to independently carry out HR policies and programs across multiple functional areas.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Experience providing HR support in recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
