Human Resources Representative

About the role

ICU Medical is seeking a Human Resources Representative to provide comprehensive support for the site’s human capital management. The role acts as a strategic partner to leaders and employees, ensuring compliance with corporate and legal policies while driving continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with talent acquisition on hiring, interview candidates, attend career fairs, and assist managers with job descriptions and requisitions.
• Maintain HR systems, databases, personnel files, and postings to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Lead HR projects in partnership with team members and coordinate global employee recognition and engagement programs.
• Manage new employee orientation and onboarding, conduct first‑day orientations, and process new‑hire paperwork.
• Prepare and distribute site communications, manage employment‑mandated postings, and maintain job description libraries.
• Monitor ethics training compliance and handle system changes such as titles, promotions, and salary updates.
• Approve timecards in specific situations and coach managers on employee relations and performance management.
• Investigate, answer, and resolve employee grievances, and maintain local policies, handbooks, and updates.
• Support environmental, health, safety, and 5S initiatives to promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in an HR generalist role covering employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders, manage projects, and ensure regulatory compliance.
