In-Country Operations Associate

About the role

The In‑Country Operations Associate will act as the primary point of contact for 3PLs, manage inbound shipments, and support supply chain processes in Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for third‑party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Create Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) for incoming shipments in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Manage SKUs in the WMS, including creation of new products prior to launches.
• Monitor inbound shipments, reconcile receipt discrepancies, and report on 3PL performance against SLAs.
• Lead projects with 3PLs such as kitting and B2B pack‑out, and produce weekly summary reports.
• Analyse shipment, order, and inventory data to identify efficiency improvements.
• Document and improve supply chain processes and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a challenging, dynamic environment.
• Proactive, self‑motivated with effective communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using warehouse management software (WMS).
