Incident & Stakeholder Manager (Bilingual)

About the role

As an Incident & Stakeholder Manager you will own major incident communications and ensure alignment between business and technology teams during high‑pressure service events. You will work in both Spanish and English to keep stakeholders informed and drive timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage major incident communications, timelines, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate business and technology stakeholders during customer‑impacting incidents.
• Support regional business engagement and escalation management.
• Capture decision points, action owners, and next‑update timings clearly.
• Ensure predictable incident communications and faster decision‑making.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and incident communication experience.
• Confidence coordinating cross‑functional teams under pressure.
• Experience with escalation management and executive‑facing communication.
