About the role

Join our manufacturing team as an Industrial Training Specialist and help build a skilled, safety‑focused workforce. You will design and deliver hands‑on training, manage the Learning Corner, and continuously improve learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering industrial processes, equipment operation, and safety standards.
• Manage the Learning Corner, coordinating resources and leading short‑interval management activities.
• Assess training effectiveness and continuously enhance materials to maximize learning and performance.
• Collaborate with HR, Methods, and Learning Solutions teams to align training priorities and resolve challenges.

Required profile

• Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners at all experience levels.
• Team‑oriented approach to work effectively with HR, operations, and technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate training outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to adapt quickly in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
