IT Support Analyst

About the role

Bosch is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide Tier 2 support for facility computer systems, desktops and peripherals across its regional locations. You will act as the local representative of the central IT organization, ensuring optimal performance of hardware and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, maintain, upgrade and replace hardware components.
• Perform on‑site analysis, diagnosis and resolution of moderate PC issues, including corrective hardware actions and off‑site repairs when needed.
• Manage incidents, requests, changes and asset records using corporate tools.
• Serve as a liaison between local management, end‑users and the central IT team, providing consulting and project participation.
• Deliver training and support on computer operation and approved training courses.
• Gather business requirements from internal departments and communicate them to central teams for solution design.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of IT client hardware and hands‑on troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals and procedural documentation.
• Elevated understanding of network and PC hardware.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and software distribution systems such as MS SCCM.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
• Proven customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure in a collaborative environment.
