About the role
Join BairesDev’s internal Help Desk as an IT Support Analyst, providing technical assistance and advice to users across the organization. This remote position offers the chance to work with a global team of top‑tier tech talent.
Key responsibilities
- Assist professionals in resolving technical issues via email, phone, and Jira.
- Perform computer troubleshooting for Windows, macOS, and Android devices.
- Manage hardware procurement and general office equipment maintenance.
- Administer building security cards.
- Support networking and cloud‑related queries.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an internal Help Desk or similar role.
- Familiarity with Windows 10, macOS, Android, AWS, and networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
