Junior Account Manager – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

As a Junior Account Manager at RateHawk, you will support the growth of our travel‑tech business across Latin America. Working remotely, you will build and nurture relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies and OTAs to boost their performance and expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Expand and consolidate RateHawk’s presence in the assigned territory.
• Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners to increase their performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow new opportunities.
• Provide system training and ongoing product presentations to existing and new partners.
• Address incident issues and ensure partner support.
• Oversee payments and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Analyse market and competitive environment.
• Deliver regular comprehensive reporting through CRM and internal systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of successful experience in account or customer management, or business development for B2B companies in the travel industry.
• Good understanding of the Latin American travel market and B2B travel networks.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Proactive, results‑focused and able to work in a fast‑changing environment.
