Junior Python Developer

About the role

As a Junior Python Developer you will help keep PepsiCo's Contact Center tools running smoothly while driving continuous improvement through automation, data analysis, and clear documentation. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver a consistent, high‑quality user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support basic Contact Center tools such as ticketing systems, IVR, and CRM.
• Track and follow up on requests, incidents, and projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions.
• Develop simple automations (scripts, workflows, integrations) using Python, Power Automate or VBA.
• Create reports and dashboards with Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain operational continuity.
• Document processes in a clear, structured, and scalable manner.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of Contact Center tools (ticket management, IVR, CRM).
• Fundamental programming skills in Python, Power Automate or VBA.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced English for a global work environment.
