Junior Travel & Expense Analyst

About the role

The Junior Travel & Expense Analyst supports Kodak employees by reviewing expense reports, answering travel‑related questions, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Working in a fast‑paced environment, the analyst provides excellent customer service while maintaining accurate and timely processing of reimbursements.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and review employee expense reports in Concur for policy compliance.
• Verify receipts, supporting documentation, and expense coding accuracy.
• Identify out‑of‑policy expenses and communicate required corrections.
• Assist travelers with system‑related questions (Concur / SAP) and guide them on travel guidelines.
• Follow up on missing documentation or approval issues to prevent payment delays.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting metrics, and escalation of exceptions when necessary.
• Ensure all processing deadlines are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or at least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative functions.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a hybrid setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Concur expense management system.
• Experience or knowledge of SAP (ERP) environments.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office suite.
