Key Account Manager – CPG Monetization

About the role

DiDi Shop is expanding its commercial team and is looking for a Key Account Manager focused on CPG Monetization. Based in Mexico City with a hybrid work model, you will drive the commercial development strategy for major global Consumer Packaged Goods brands on our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage an assigned portfolio of CPG accounts end‑to‑end.
• Design, present and execute annual and semi‑annual commercial plans to maximise revenue and incremental sales.
• Negotiate commercial and marketing budgets directly with decision‑makers at CPG companies and media agencies.
• Continuously analyse performance metrics and commercial dashboards, turning data into structured business proposals with clear ROI.
• Ensure a consistent client reinvestment rate and build long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Growth and Finance teams to guarantee proper execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in Key Account Management, commercial development, trade marketing, e‑commerce or monetisation.
• Previous experience in CPG/FMCG companies, e‑commerce/delivery/quick‑commerce platforms, or agencies specialising in retail media and performance.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proven ability to interpret commercial performance metrics and use them for sales, negotiation and business strategy.
• Strong track record in direct client‑facing negotiations with corporate clients, handling objections and meeting revenue quotas.
