About the role

ZURU Edge, the fast‑growing consumer goods division of ZURU, is expanding its FMCG portfolio across Mexico. We are looking for a results‑driven Key Account Manager to own the commercial relationship with our top modern‑trade retailers and national distributors, driving sales, profitability and market share.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the commercial P&L for Walmart and other leading Mexican retailers (Sam's Club, Chedraui, Costco, Soriana) and national distributors.
  • Negotiate and execute Joint Business Plans that align ZURU Edge and partner objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase distribution, shelf presence and promotional effectiveness.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: forecasting, order management, promotional planning, trade‑investment optimisation and post‑evaluation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, trade marketing, supply chain and finance teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Analyse market data, sell‑out performance and shopper insights to identify risks and opportunities and translate them into actionable commercial plans.

Required profile

  • Proven experience managing key accounts in FMCG or consumer goods, preferably with large modern‑trade retailers.
  • Demonstrated ability to own P&L responsibilities and deliver on sales and profitability targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience developing Joint Business Plans.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn market data into commercial actions.
  • Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
