About the role

The Lead Buyer for Transport & Logistics Solutions will support Stellantis’ Solutions Group by driving sourcing activities for logistics‑supporting commodities. You will ensure projects progress smoothly, suppliers deliver high‑value solutions, and the team works collaboratively toward global purchasing excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and support the sourcing team to meet daily objectives and project milestones.
• Lead specific sourcing projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with team goals.
• Identify, assess, and escalate risks or issues to management promptly.
• Advise team members on best practices, process improvements, and problem‑solving techniques.
• Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across the global purchasing organization.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or related functions.
• Proven ability to lead by influence rather than formal authority.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
