Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer (Python/Typescript)

About the role

Truelogic is seeking a Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer to drive the architecture and delivery of AI‑powered applications for an advertising client. You will own both backend services and interactive front‑end interfaces while integrating large language models and agentic workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Define high‑level technical direction and make architectural decisions for full‑stack AI solutions.
• Design and implement robust Python backend services (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) and modern TypeScript front‑ends (React, Vue, or Angular) that visualize complex data.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM integrations to solve real‑world client problems.
• Promote engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, mentorship of junior and senior developers, and adoption of best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical roadmaps and deliverables.
• Stay current on emerging AI trends (SLMs, agentic AI, multimodal models) and advise stakeholders on feasibility.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong backend expertise in Python using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Modern frontend experience with React, Vue or Angular (TypeScript preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, RAG patterns, and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Solid API design skills (REST, GraphQL, real‑time interfaces).
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization and automated testing.
• Experience with relational and vector databases.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
