Learning & Development Manager

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager will lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that support Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita’s luxury service standards. This role partners with operations leaders to identify performance gaps and create learning solutions that drive guest satisfaction and employee growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Learning Needs Analyses and develop annual training plans aligned with property goals and budget.
• Design, develop, and deliver blended learning programs, e‑learning modules, and classroom workshops.
• Benchmark the learning function against industry standards and track learning success metrics.
• Market learning initiatives internally and maintain a training calendar that reflects identified performance gaps.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using Kirkpatrick’s four‑level model and report financial impact.
• Manage the learning budget, basic accounting, and financial reporting.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in adult education or a similar environment.
• Experience in luxury hotel operations or comparable service‑focused settings.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities to determine when training is the appropriate solution.
