Legal Director – Mexico City (Interlomas)

About the role

As Legal Director for P&G in Mexico City’s Interlomas district, you will shape and execute the legal strategy for the company’s Mexican operations. You will provide high‑level counsel on labor, compliance, regulatory, health‑safety, environmental and urban development matters while leading a dedicated legal team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement legal strategy covering labor, compliance, regulatory, health‑safety, environmental and urban development issues.
• Advise business leaders on legal and regulatory risks to enable informed decision‑making.
• Lead, coach and manage the legal team, set priorities, oversee workload and support professional development.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory and HS&E functions to embed legal considerations into business planning.
• Maintain high ownership within your scope while aligning with senior legal leadership.

Required profile

• Law degree with 8‑12 years of legal experience, preferably as in‑house counsel.
• Proven experience managing legal teams and complex projects.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience in the fast‑moving consumer goods sector is a plus.

• Proficiency in legal research, risk assessment and contract review.
