Link Building & SEO Outreach Coordinator

About the role

AWISEE is a fast‑growing digital marketing agency that runs high‑impact SEO and link‑building campaigns for clients worldwide. We are looking for a remote Link Building & SEO Outreach Coordinator to support our research and outreach teams by scouting domains, managing data, and coordinating campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prospect high‑quality domains using Ahrefs, SEMrush, ScrapeBox, BuzzStream, Instantly.ai and manual methods across multiple niches and geographies.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT to qualify domains, generate outreach angles, automate categorisation, and enrich datasets.
• Enter and maintain prospect information in spreadsheets, CRM, Airtable, Notion or internal databases while ensuring data hygiene.
• Collaborate with the outreach team to provide verified opportunities, track replies and monitor campaign progress.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks on domains for relevance, authority, traffic quality, spam indicators and niche alignment.
• Coordinate workflow between research, prospecting and outreach teams, flagging bottlenecks and ensuring smooth communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a link‑building or SEO agency.
• Proven ability to prospect domains across diverse niches (SaaS, Finance, eCommerce, etc.) and regions.
• Comfortable using advanced Google search operators and competitor backlink analysis.
