Maintenance Technician – Facilities

About the role

Autoliv is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the facilities of its plant. You will be responsible for keeping critical equipment running smoothly and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant building systems to ensure optimal operating conditions.
• Maintain critical equipment such as chillers, compressors, and lighting systems to reduce downtime.
• Manage tools and spare parts, ensuring proper control and availability for maintenance activities.
• Generate reports to track pending actions and departmental action plans.
• Ensure compliance with Autoliv standards, systems, and regulations.
• Participate in corrective programs and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or Technical Degree (TSU) preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in machine maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including rotation across three shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience using L2L ticket tracking and follow‑up systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems.
