Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of all factory equipment. This includes performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrotechnical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems, as well as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), robots, and manipulators.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to SOPs, ranging from simple checks to complex procedures on all equipment types.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns, from supervised interventions to autonomous repairs, and implement modifications to improve reliability.
• Participate in 5S workplace organization, QRQC activities, and maintain accurate intervention logs.
• Contribute to daily and monthly maintenance meetings, support commissioning of new assets, and draft procedural documentation.
• Lead improvement projects, coordinate with subcontractors, and provide training on assembly, disassembly, and adjustment procedures.

Required profile

• Technical background in electrotechnical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work under supervision for simple tasks and independently for more complex interventions.
• Willingness to engage in continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.
