About the role
LinkedIn is seeking a Manager, Customer Success to lead its Hispanic LATAM Customer Success team from Mexico City. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on involvement in key customer engagements, ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes with LinkedIn Talent solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Customer Success Managers.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent while maintaining a pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Partner with LATAM Customer Success leaders to align practices and share best‑in‑class approaches.
- Ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes through strong adoption and engagement with LinkedIn Talent solutions.
- Engage senior customer stakeholders, mitigate renewal risk, and guide the team through escalations.
- Own segment health, including renewal forecasting, risk management, and retention outcomes.
- Drive execution against key metrics such as adoption, engagement, churn reduction, and customer value realization.
- Coach the team on effective use of CRM and Customer Success platforms.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading and developing Customer Success teams.
- Ability to attract, hire, and retain high‑performing talent.
- Strong coaching mindset with a focus on continuous feedback.
- Experience partnering across regions to drive alignment.
- Track record of delivering measurable customer outcomes and managing renewal risk.
- Comfort engaging senior stakeholders and handling executive‑level conversations.
- Capability to own segment performance and forecast renewals.
- Data‑driven approach to tracking adoption, engagement, and churn metrics.
