About the role

Qualcomm’s Creative Studio in Mexico City is looking for a Manager of Multimedia Design who will lead the creation of motion‑driven visual content across digital, social and live‑event platforms. The role blends strategic storytelling with hands‑on production to support brand campaigns and high‑visibility presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, design and execute motion and 3‑D visual assets for social media, digital experiences, keynote presentations and brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, producers and external agency partners to ensure creative alignment with business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Translate brand guidelines into dynamic motion concepts that reinforce Qualcomm’s visual identity.
• Provide mentorship and creative direction to junior designers within the studio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Proven track record of delivering high‑impact multimedia projects in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to work independently while collaborating across disciplines.
