Managing Director – Mexico

About the role

AT-PAC, a global leader in scaffolding solutions, is seeking a Managing Director for its Mexico operation. You will be responsible for steering the country organization through a phase of growth, professionalisation and organisational development, reporting directly to the Regional Director for Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for AT-PAC Mexico, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute a commercial strategy that expands the customer base across industrial, maintenance, infrastructure, energy and manufacturing segments.
• Drive diversification of projects to reduce dependency on single large contracts and increase recurring revenue.
• Lead operational execution, compliance, and the implementation of disciplined processes.
• Build and nurture a high‑performing local team, fostering a culture of ownership, resilience and customer focus.
• Collaborate with regional leadership, global functions and support teams to align Mexico’s objectives with the broader AT‑PAC strategy.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility, preferably in industrial or construction‑related sectors.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands‑on operational mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organisational change and scale a business during periods of transition.
• Excellent commercial acumen and a track record of expanding market presence.
• Resilient, customer‑focused and capable of building cross‑functional relationships.
