Marketing & Content Coordinator

About the role

Michael Baldwin Properties is looking for a proactive Marketing & Content Coordinator to drive the daily marketing activities, digital presence, and personal brand initiatives of Michael Baldwin and his team. You will work in a small, dynamic environment where creativity, organization, and project coordination intersect.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Coordinate photography and videography sessions for property and lifestyle assets.
• Create, edit, and publish short‑form videos such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Update website content and administer newsletters.
• Support basic SEO/GEO initiatives and manage digital advertising (Google Ads and social media ads).
• Maintain content calendars and track marketing performance metrics.
• Coordinate projects, timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Prepare internal reports and assist with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
• Contribute to property marketing, brand development, and occasional client‑facing events.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing, communications, social media, or content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn.
• Experience using Canva and other content creation tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO/GEO principles.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and social media advertising platforms.
• Video editing skills.
• Photography and graphic design experience (preferred).
