Mobile Software Engineer (IC4 Level)

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Software Engineer (IC4) to lead the design, development and delivery of high‑quality mobile applications. You will work closely with architects and product owners to translate requirements into secure, performant code while mentoring fellow engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of iOS/Android applications, ensuring functional correctness and security.
• Write clean, vulnerability‑free code and create comprehensive automated tests.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback and enforce coding standards.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage version‑control workflows.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to guarantee technical feasibility and optimal performance.
• Diagnose, debug and resolve complex production issues, working with SRE teams on scalability.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation, architecture diagrams and operational procedures.
• Mentor junior developers, lead pair‑programming sessions and drive technical innovation.

Required profile

• Proven ability to solve complex problems independently.
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to code quality.
• Experience leading small teams or projects in a mobile development context.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across product, design and operations.
