Multi-Destination Operations Manager – LATAM & Caribbean

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, business‑oriented professional to lead operational and commercial performance across multiple LATAM and Caribbean destinations managed by external partners. The role ensures consistency, financial oversight, partner performance, and relationship management in a multicultural regional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise operational execution across multiple destinations managed by external partners.
• Monitor service quality, operational KPIs, and customer experience performance.
• Manage strategic relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
• Follow up on revenue performance, forecast accuracy, and budget compliance.
• Analyze operational and financial performance to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate corrective action plans and escalation management processes.
• Participate in operational and commercial alignment meetings.
• Prepare regional reports and executive summaries for leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and agreed service levels.
• Collaborate with internal regional teams across operations, finance, and commercial areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in regional operations, DMC management or multi‑destination environments.
• Experience managing external partners and regional stakeholders.
• Strong financial and analytical understanding, including revenue, forecasting and budgeting.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple markets simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
