About the role

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos is seeking a Night Manager to oversee operations during the night shift. The role is based at the exclusive Costa Palmas resort community, offering guests luxury experiences in a unique East Cape setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain professional relationships with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery during night hours.
• Oversee night‑time guest services, ensuring the high standards of Four Seasons hospitality are upheld.
• Monitor safety and security procedures throughout the property.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong commitment to delivering luxury guest experiences.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
