Occupational Health Doctor – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an Occupational Health Doctor to join CommScope’s Praderas Plant in Juarez, Chihuahua. The role supports the health and safety of manufacturing staff, providing clinical care, preventive programs, and epidemiological surveillance on a first‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide symptomatic and emergency medical care, prenatal and family‑planning services, and chronic disease monitoring.
• Lead occupational health programs, including epidemiological surveillance, ergonomic studies, and risk prevention.
• Conduct accident investigations, audits (COFEPRIS, PROFepa, STPS) and manage occupational risk documentation (ST7, ST9, ST4, ST2).
• Organize health fairs, scheduled health campaigns, and monthly educational talks.
• Supervise medication, healing material requisitions, and the cafeteria health audit process.
• Develop and implement physical rehabilitation and first‑aid training programs.

Required profile

• Medical degree with a valid professional license.
• 1–2 years of experience as a doctor in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Current CPR certification and a positive, compassionate attitude.
• Knowledge of occupational health regulations, Federal Labor Law, and IMSS guidelines.
