About the role
Kerma Games is seeking an Office Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly at our Monterrey office. You will support both administrative and HR functions while ensuring the workplace remains organized and efficient.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations and facility needs.
- Manage vendor relationships, supplies, and office equipment.
- Support HR processes, including onboarding, employee records, and internal communications.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and team activities.
- Handle administrative tasks and provide assistance to leadership as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (B2+).
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup environment.
