On‑Site Medical Representative – Amazon Delivery Station

About the role

The On‑Site Medical Representative (OMR) acts as the dedicated medical point of contact for an Amazon Delivery Station in Mexico. Reporting to the WHS Manager, the OMR provides first‑aid treatment, manages occupational health prevention, and supports the site wellness program.

Key responsibilities

• Provide triage, first aid, and referrals to external medical providers when needed.
• Maintain accurate treatment records for all associates.
• Stock, clean, and inspect first‑aid kits and emergency equipment.
• Manage the AmCare room, including supplies procurement and controlled access.
• Train managers and associates on first‑aid, CPR, and AED procedures.
• Submit daily activity logs and monthly incident analyses to leadership.
• Participate in stand‑up meetings and rotate shifts as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (Médico Cirujano) or Nursing (Licenciatura en Enfermería).
• Valid certification in first aid, CPR, and AED (or willingness to obtain within four weeks).
• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
