About the role
Airbus, a global leader in aerospace, is expanding its presence in Latin America and seeks an Operational & Technical Competence Coordinator to lead staff training initiatives. The role supports professional development aligned with Airbus strategy, local regulations, and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture within the training environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators to continuously improve training quality.
- Oversee staff certification processes and ensure they remain up‑to‑date.
- Manage and enhance training rooms and related facilities.
- Control material inventories and training tools.
- Evaluate internal and external training and certification programs.
- Plan and operate the training budget in line with Airbus codes of conduct.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Completed “train‑the‑trainer” courses.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Effective communication and analytical mindset.
